"jacket never arrived"
I never got my jacket. It took a bit, but I finally got this update:

Hey,

"Terrible experience with faux leather"
Had a really rough time, but I usually throw two stars if the item shows up. They say all their leather stuff is genuine, but while I was out riding, the jacket I bought began to melt like ice cream on a hot day. I did get my refund pretty quickly, but come on, don’t mislead your customers.

"AWESOME JACKETS"
I purchased a couple of their jackets. The quality is top-notch, and the customer service is really good! I can't figure out why some folks are unhappy with the company, since the leather comes from cows, not that silly plastic stuff.

Clearly made in the Southern US. I have a bit of an issue with the country of origin, but it's still a solid jacket, no doubt.

"Fantastic Shopping Experience!"
I've seen a lot of folks leaving negative reviews, but my experience was fantastic! I placed an order for a leather jacket around 2 to 3 weeks back, and it arrived today. Now, I know it ain't a $400 coat, but for just $100, it's a sweet deal! I'd definitely buy from them again. The leather is genuine, the zippers are of good quality, and the lining is put together nicely.

"Chinese Rip-off and Fraud!"
Fraud, real Chinese leather? Nah, in other parts of the globe, we just call it plastic! I'm so let down, why does Facebook allow all these scammy Chinese businesses to keep tricking folks? This has been happening for ages, it's high time to do something about it. Let's turn our backs on these Chinese scam sites. Seriously, how do the people running these successful cons manage to sleep at night?

"Total disappointment"
Total disappointment. I waited for three weeks to receive my jacket, and when it finally showed up, it wasn't genuine leather at all. It's made of 47% PU polyurethane, along with some other materials I've never even come across. They are dishonest and deceitful, totally misrepresenting what they sell!

"Massive scam website"
This site is a total scam. Looks like they've been shutting down for about a year. If they actually sold leather goods, they’d at least clarify what kind of leather they’re using. Even the shops that offer low-end leather items say they’re 'genuine leather' (which is the lowest quality). This site doesn’t even do that. Most likely just plastic. Plus, the customer service link on their page doesn’t even function.

"Awful item, phony business claimed..."
Awful item, phony business claimed they were based in Tennessee, I think the address was a medical office building. The product looks like a weird plastic-leather combo. Total waste of 80 bucks. You better run from this company like your hair's on fire!

"Don't throw your cash away."
The ad claimed this was a genuine leather biker jacket, originally priced at $369 (or thereabouts), with a whopping 70% discount, bringing it down to $89.99. But that's just not true; this is a flimsy $50 jacket being sold for $89.99. The zipper's on the wrong side, and the XL I got is snug, while everything else I wear in XL fits comfortably loose. Living in Florida, I won't be needing to wear it more than 5-6 times a year. It's not worth the price, won't keep you warm up North, and it’s far from real leather.

"Ordered 2 sizes up, but it was still too small..."
I went for 2 sizes larger, but it ended up being too tight. Tried to get a refund, and they sent me the RMA address. Unfortunately, I lost that address by mistake. I reached out for a new copy and sent them 5 emails, but got no response. So, I reported it to Citibank. They reversed the charge, but then it got reversed back again. I called Citibank and finally spoke to a real person. I told my story again and, at last, got my money back. I also mentioned that Dixon Leather is totally out of stock on everything from hats to jackets, while Amazon now has Dixon Leather items available with actual descriptions like faux leather. For those who might not know, FAUX is French for fake. It's like when doctors use fancy terms for stuff they don’t really understand. The silver lining is that Amazon is taking over that line, so customer service should improve a ton. And about those 5-star reviews you see? Well, Dixon Leather and their pals won’t be writing their own anymore.

"Avoid Dixon Leather at All Costs!"
Dixon Leather has been a nightmare to work with. We placed an order for a jacket for our son on December 9, 2019, as a Christmas present, and here we are on January 17, 2020, still waiting for it. They keep sending us a tracking link, claiming the jacket is on its way, but the link shows it’s still stuck in China! Their customer service is lacking big time. They initially offered me a 50% discount due to the shipping delay, but now they’ve gone silent on my emails. I’m fighting hard to get a full refund. I won’t ever shop with them again, and I’d advise others to think twice before buying from this company.

"Total Rip-off"
Total rip-off. I ordered a jacket for my husband from a link he shared on Black Friday. It showed up a week after Christmas since it was shipped from China. Plus, it’s not genuine leather. I contacted customer support and got some nonsense about a warehouse from a sister company assisting them during this busy season.
Anyway, the jacket fits all weird, so I started the refund process. They offered me either store credit or 35% of my money back if I decide to keep the jacket. That’s less than $30 for something I paid $95 for!
Seriously, just head over to Wilson Leather.

"Regret not looking into this shady product and company!"
This company tricks folks into thinking their items are genuine leather with some kind of waterproof coating. There isn't a single millimeter of leather in what I received! It's a complete scam, a total ripoff, and the delivery time is awful. From what I can tell now, getting a refund seems like a lost cause! If I could rate this with negative stars, I definitely would.

"Not Leather...Just a Terrible Jacket"
This jacket is definitely not leather; it feels slippery and rubbery, almost like plastic. It doesn't even resemble the design I ordered (and, of course, it’s not leather at all)!!! Seriously, steer clear of this company if you're looking for genuine leather. Plus, their customer service is just plain awful.
